By accessing or using NexusPulse (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

NexusPulse is a non-custodial interface. We never take custody, control, or possession of your funds or private keys. Every transaction is initiated and signed by you, from your own wallet. We cannot move, freeze, or recover your assets.

All content, tools, metrics, and strategies provided through the Service are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and should consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

Trading digital assets involves significant risk. You acknowledge and accept that:

• The value of digital assets can be highly volatile and you may lose some or all of your funds.
• On-chain transactions are irreversible once confirmed.
• Automated strategies and bots carry execution, smart-contract and market risk.
• You are responsible for the security of your own wallet, devices and approvals.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction. Do not use the Service where it would be unlawful to do so.

When deploying strategies, you may grant scoped, revocable token approvals from your wallet. You are responsible for reviewing and managing these approvals and may revoke them on-chain at any time.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexusPulse and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of funds, profits, or data arising from your use of the Service.

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
