Privacy Policy

NexusPulse is a non-custodial, front-end application. We are built around a simple principle: the less data we hold, the safer you are. We do not require accounts, KYC, or any personal identity verification to use the product.

We never collect, store, or have access to any of the following:

• Your private keys, seed phrases or recovery data — these never leave your wallet.
• Custody of your funds — all transactions are signed and broadcast from your own wallet.
• Personal identity documents, KYC data, or government IDs.
• Your name, email or phone number (unless you choose to contact us directly).

Some preferences (such as theme, default network, and UI settings) are stored locally in your browser using localStorage. This data stays on your device and is never transmitted to us.

When you connect a wallet, your public address is read by the app in order to display balances and activity. A public address is not personal identity data, and we do not link it to any real-world identity.

To show live market data and on-chain information, the app may request data from third-party providers (for example, public market-data and blockchain RPC endpoints). These providers may receive standard network metadata such as your IP address as part of any request. We recommend reviewing their respective privacy policies.

We aim to keep tracking to a minimum. If analytics are enabled, they are privacy-preserving and aggregate only — no cross-site tracking and no sale of data. We do not use advertising cookies.

Because we do not hold an account for you, you remain in full control at all times:

• Disconnect your wallet at any time from the app.
• Revoke on-chain approvals directly from your wallet whenever you wish.
• Clear locally stored preferences by clearing your browser storage.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of this page.
